1- 1958 world cup: this was the sixth staging of the world cup. It was hosted in Sweden, from 8th to 29th of June.

Champion: Brazil, they beat Sweden 5-2 in the final, in the Rasunda Stadium.

2- 1962 world cup: this was the seventh staging of the world cup. It was hosted in Chile, from May 30th to June 17th.

Brazil.

Switzerland.

Champion: for second time, Brazil won the cup. They beat Czechoslovakia 3-1 in the final.

3- 1974 world cup: this was the tenth staging of the world cup. It was hosted in Western Germany from June 13th to July 7th.

Champion: Brazil won for third time. They beat the Netherlands, 2-1.

4- 1998 world cup: this was the 16th staging of the world cup, and was hosted in France, from June 10th to July 12th.

Champion: France beat Brazil, 3-0 in the final.

5- 2002 world cup: this was the 17th staging of the world cup. It was hosted in Korea-Japan, from May 31th to June 30th.

Busan Asiad Main Stadium, Busan.

Germany.

Champion: Brazil won the fifth time. They beat Germany 2-0 in the final.
